We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with a strong technical background, capable of leading projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing design development, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion.

Develop and present design proposals, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.

Oversee the preparation of planning and technical drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers within the team.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any design-related issues.

Ensure adherence to sustainability and environmental considerations in all projects.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

Requirements

A RIBA Part III qualification and ARB registration.

Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.

Extensive knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.

Experience in contract administration and tender processes is advantageous.
