Originally brought on to deliver the base build, including the formation of a new lift shaft, our role has since evolved into a full-scale renovation of the property.

Now well underway, the works include a comprehensive strip-out, structural steel reconfiguration, underpinning, roof replacement, and façade restoration. New double-glazed timber windows and doors will bring improved performance while remaining faithful to the building’s historic character.

As we transition from structural works to interior fit-out, the focus shifts to refined craftsmanship and elevated finishes. The scheme will feature bespoke joinery, richly detailed wall panelling, luxurious bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and fully upgraded mechanical and electrical systems – all tailored to the highest specification. Seamless collaboration with the client and a team of leading consultants remains central to the success of this landmark project.
