This project comprised the meticulous refurbishment of a high-end listed apartment at the prestigious Park Crescent, London, undertaken within a fully occupied building. The works demanded a sensitive and considered approach to preserve the architectural integrity of the heritage property while introducing a refined contemporary standard of living.

Our scope included the installation of specialist wall coverings, the design and delivery of bespoke joinery crafted to complement the apartment’s classical proportions, and the incorporation of premium marble finishes throughout. High-quality decoration works enhanced original detailing, ensuring a seamless balance between restored period features and new interventions.

In addition, we delivered a fully integrated AV system and upgraded electrical installations, carefully coordinated to sit discreetly within the historic fabric of the building. Exceptional planning and site management were essential to minimise disruption to residents. The completed interior reflects understated luxury, technical precision, and craftsmanship befitting one of London’s most distinguished addresses.
